I’m still salivating over the idea of your vegan sugar cookies. 🙂

The pinquitos are actually baby pinto beans so it’s the same concept. Glad you liked it! Now, if this had been Brandy’s recipe I’m betting she would have grown her own beans or something. 🙂

Thanks hon! I forgot to add your plug for Safeway Select Salsa Verde. It is rather good with the beans. And as for Cholula, I’m pretty sure you would brush you teeth in it. 🙂
Mindy
Sorry…although beans in the middle of the night are never a good idea. 🙂

Yes ma’am. Tacos are our go-to meal around here. Mainly because they require very little effort on my part. Which is always a good thing in my book. 🙂
Mindy
Yes…tiny pinto beans. Your Spanish is correct! And although I didn’t add that those three words ALSO describe my personality…I thought it was inferred. 🙂

I’m not vegetarian either because I do occasionally like a drive-through the Taco Bell. But…I do love me some pinto beans and will prepare meatless meals as often as possible. Less raw carcass to touch… 🙂

I told the kids if they didn’t eat their beans they wouldn’t be getting their ice cream sandwiches. Yep. I’m super proud. 🙂
