I started getting up at 5am. Which seems crazy. But, I’ve continued it, even though now my kids don’t demand every moment of my day. I relish being awake when I think the rest of the world is sleeping. I don’t accomplish anything. I just stare into space, drink coffee, and read my Bible. I love it.
