I’m now off to google it…

I also love cooking fresh things from the garden. For about a week. Then the new wears off and it’s just boring and a pain.

I did want to let you know that both my nieces have begged me to make them a pumpkin dump cake at christmas. Even the picky little one that only eats chicken nuggets and ramen noodles. They loved it last Thanksgiving. Thanks for the awesome recipe! It’s sure to become a family favorite!

I’ve never tried to garden. I have a feeling the results would be disastrous, considering I can’t even keep a houseplant alive.

Trust me here.

He brings things home sometimes a case at a time from farmers he knows…it’s like if I see one more ear of corn or sweet potato, I’ll scream! However, corn freezes well and sweet potatoes last a long time…I even froze diced peppers, and canned salsa once, but with that many peppers, it would be tiring. Next harvest, make Jer prepare a large lushious feel for a local shelter, bet that might cure him!

Make pretty jars of something. 🙂 Too funny!

I love that Jer embraces his inner farm self. 🙂

My neighbor loads me down with veggies from his garden. 3 times a week all summer long. It is very sweet but the cucumbers just didnt stop coming.
