You aren’t happy on your way to it, and you certainly aren’t happy while trying to maintain it. 🙂 I think you are absolutely dead on, though, when you point out that being north of said weight can make one miserable. What is hard is trying to find the balance and also be a good role model for the littler eyes who look up to us.
